That defines what is and what is not Scientology. Everything that is wrong with a being, every disability, disappears by raising tone. MISAPPLICATION = the individual goes down tone CORRECT APPLICATION = the individual goes up tone No one ever complains about being made happier. This applies to people inside and outside of the church, including attackers. Every valid complaint anyone has with Scientology comes from MISAPPLICATION. MISAPPLICATION is at the root of all troubles. Whenever you handle a person in such a way as to send them down tone – that is when all meaningful trouble begins. MISAPPLICATION is the WHY for all meaningful trouble. MISAPPLICATION is the WHY for the missing Church

WHY SCIENTOLOGY IS HERE The front cover of the book Fundamentals of Thought used to say… Scientology is here to rescue you. Rescue us from what? Here is the answer – A certain alien race called Marcabians has the evil purpose of enslaving mankind. It has a Front Group on Earth that we call the Head Global Enslavers. The Head Global Enslavers have the same evil purpose of enslaving mankind. The Head Global Enslavers set up Front Groups to work towards the enslavement of mankind and these are where the attacks on Scientology have come from. The Marcabians are planning a mass overt landing on Earth in the near future. This is called the Second Coming. The Head Global Enslavers are making preparations for the Second Coming and that is why they are working on creating a One World Government – so there is no military resistance to the Second Coming. Once a One World Government is in place – the Marcabian landing will occur. They intend to alter the human DNA and use super-advanced mind control technology to create a new species of man that is totally subservient to them. Earth will then serve as a paradise for them because they will use enslaved men to perform all labor. Do not laugh, because the Head Global Enslavers have the evil purpose of enslaving mankind with advanced mind control technology even without an alien race behind them. This is a documented fact, not an opinion or a belief or a theory. The Head Global Enslavers and their Front Groups have developed workable means for individual and mass mind control. When the One World Government is in place, they will eliminate all money and credit cards. Everyone will have credits on an International Bank computer. This will be used to control you, because if you get out of line, they can erase all your credits, leaving you with no means to support yourself and family. In addition, everyone will have an electronic device implanted in their body that will be used for mind control. The implanting of this electronic device into humans has already begun with the people in Russia. In the US they plan to introduce it by implanting it into criminals and it will expand from there to include everyone. At that point you and yours can kiss all human and spiritual freedoms good bye. The Marcabians and their Front Groups have the evil purpose of enslaving mankind. They have also used Earth as a spiritual prison for "misfit" spiritual beings from their culture. So, not only are they our enslavers but they are also our jailors. This is why Ron came on mission to Earth and founded Scientology, which has the purpose and product of making FREE SPIRITUAL BEINGS. Ron represents another alien race, the Galactic Confederacy, which opposes the Marcabian Second Coming and consequent further enslavement of earth-bound spiritual beings. Now get this – the purpose and product of Scientology is FREE SPIRITUAL BEINGS. It is NOT for making better homes and gardens for entrapped and enslaved beings. It is NOT for making better living conditions in jail so the prisoners lead a happier life in prison. It is for becoming FREE – for getting OUT of jail. The intention here is to raise a being on the tone scale to the point where he can enter and leave a body at will. He can also do the same with the entire planet – he can go anywhere in the universe he wants and do anything he wants – he is FREE. It is a BETRAYAL of any spiritual being on this planet, to just audit him to the point where he can have better living conditions in prison, so he can be a happier prisoner. By encouraging a being to just do that, you are working for the Global Enslavers, by getting him to Not-Is the fact he is in jail and that his jailor has plans to really enslave him in the near future with electronic mind control technology. Any apparent spiritual gain he has made will be wiped out at that moment. It is evil to get an earth-bound spiritual being to live in the temporary bliss of ignorance of what the Head Global Enslavers have in mind for him in the near future. It is as if a man was standing on a railroad track with his back to an oncoming train that he does not see coming at him. The mean thing to do is tell him that he has nothing to worry about and to just keep enjoying life in the middle of that railroad track. The kind thing to do with the man on the track who does not see the oncoming train, would be to tell him to turn around and notice the train headed his way, and suggest that he might want to step off that railroad track before he gets clobbered. The enslavement plans of the Head Global Enslavers are real and are happening. It is no fairy tale. Take pity on the man who scoffs at all of this and ignores it. Get in line early to have the electronic mind control device implanted into the body of you and yours - because the line for such at the inception of the One World Government is going to be a long line. The Global Enslaver target date is the year 2015. The train is heading on down the track right at you – and it isn’t the train of freedom. All we can do for you is point at it. It is up to you to LOOK and SEE and ACT. For the sake of you and yours, we hope you do act in time to prevent such a future. The above is the real reason that Scientology is here on Earth. The purpose and product of Scientology is – FREE SPIRITUAL BEINGS. Nothing less will do. EXISTING SCENE The EXISTING SCENE within the Church has departed from the IDEAL SCENE. The IDEAL SCENE would be the Church producing its product of FREE BEINGS. It has produced none and due to Global Enslaver agents being in top command of the Church, it never will produce a single FREE BEING until they are removed. This is the purpose of Scientologists for Reform – to remove and replace the top management with real Scientologists who have the PURPOSE of making FREE BEINGS. SITUATION defined = The major departure from the Ideal Scene. SITUATION A GROUP THAT IS DESTROYING ITSELF AND ITS END PRODUCT LED BY A TREASONOUS TOP MANAGEMENT THAT IS GUILTY OF
WILFUL DESTRUCTION OF THE GROUP, ITS TECHNOLOGY, AND END PRODUCT –
Top management’s wilful destruction of the group: The top management destroys the group in many ways. The primary way is by acting as an agent provocateur within the Church. By continually committing immoral and criminal acts in practicing Fair Game, it provides the ammunition for Black PR and Legal attacks on the Church. Fair Game practices are a MISAPPLICATION of the Creed of the Church and the Aims of Scientology. It is also a MISAPPLICATION of Axiom 11 that says: Alter-Isness (lies) & Not-Isness (force) cause a persistence of unwanted conditions. Fair Game practices are using Alter-Isness & Not-Isness as a solution to attacks. Therefore, Fair Game practices CAUSE ATTACKS ON THE CHURCH TO PERSIST. Therefore, Fair Game practices are a FALSE SOLUTION to attacks. As-Isness is the only solution that vanishs unwanted conditions without persistence. As-Isness is the ONLY true solution to attacks. To handle attacks on the Church – use As-Isness as
the ONLY solution. Fair Game practices drive people down tone, including the practitioner of Fair Game. Therefore, Fair Game is FALSE SCIENTOLOGY. Thus, Fair Game practices are NOT Scientology – they
are a MISAPPLICATION. Top management also destroys the group by issuing false declares on Church members who report on the high crimes of top management. These are injustices and nothing more than a method of covering up top management’s suppressive acts. A group is made up of individuals and any group that destroys individual members of the group is destroying itself. False declares drive people down tone – so that is
another MISAPPLICATION. The top management also engages in REVERSE AUDITING practices, such as gang-bang security checks and ordering reverse auditing on people who report on the high crimes of top management. Reverse auditing drives people down tone – so that is another MISAPPLICATION. THE ABOVE MISAPPLICATIONS ARE ALL WILFUL AND INTENTIONAL. Top management’s wilful destruction of technology: The top management has engaged in a constant campaign of alteration, deletion and fabrication of LRH issues. This includes books, tapes, HCOBs and HCOPLs. They have then obtained a new copyright on their thousands of alterations to LRH issues and issued their squirrel version of the subject under the legal title of being "based on the works of LRH" wherein CSI is the author, not LRH. The bastardized version of the subject is then sold to the public under a misrepresentation by David Miscavige that the subject has been made available to all Scientologists in a "pure, unadulterated form." He is Issue Authority and so he knows very well that he has committed felony fraud on the paying public with that false statement. RTC has also squirreled OT 7 and 8, the details are given elsewhere. This has the effect of denying OT 7s and 8s full gains and therefore suppresses them on the tone scale. All of this is a violation of CST and RTC corporate charters to keep LRH as the single source of the subject – not to mention high crime violations of KSW. Miscavige and Aides have turned the Church into the biggest squirrel group ever. All of the above constitutes WILFUL DESTRUCTION of the technology. The squirrel issues are not Scientology – they are a MISAPPLICATION of it. Top management’s wilful destruction of the product – Free Beings: LRH says that things are caused, they do not just happen. He also says that stats rise naturally and if they are down, then someone is holding them down on purpose. He says to take a look at how hard good people work to make stats go up, that tells you someone is working very hard to keep them down, when they are down. The Church stat on making Theta Clears and Cleared Theta Clears is zero. The Church has not produced its final product even once. The stat of Free Beings is zero. This is intentional. Rest assured that if top management WANTED to make OTs they could certainly do it. No one is stopping them from doing it, except them. Thus top management has an OMITTED PURPOSE to make OTs. Thus top management has counter-intention to making OTs. Some of their methods of preventing any OTs from being made are: Suppressive prices Another way they destroy the end product of FREE BEINGS is by expelling anyone who starts to act like one. A Free Being is self-determined and is a free thinker. The top management does not want such people around who would challenge them – they only want unquestioning robots around. So, if anyone challenges top management – they are expelled. This is another method of wilful destruction of the church end product of free beings. Free beings are not controllable items – which is the whole reason Global Enslavers want the church end product destroyed. The Global Enslavers have an evil purpose of enslaving mankind. The Church product is FREE BEINGS. Top management has counter-intention to making FREE BEINGS. Thus top management forwards the evil purpose of the Global Enslavers. When you act to forward someone’s purpose, you are
their AGENT. Destruction of the final product of FREE BEINGS is a MISAPPLICATION.
Summary of top management: The top management is guilty of WILFUL destruction of the group, its technology and end product of Free Beings. Who BENEFITS from all that destruction? Global Enslavers do. Thus top management are agents of the Global Enslavers. None of their destructive actions are a correct application of Scientology. Therefore it is FALSE SCIENTOLOGY. Therefore it is a MISAPPLICATION of Scientology. Top management destroys the group by WILFUL MISAPPLICATION of Scientology.
Misapplication by Scientologists: SITUATION = A Group that is destroying itself and its
End Product We have just seen how top management destroys the group by wilful Misapplication. But, the Scientologists are assisting them in destroying by – TOLERATING MISAPPLICATION Never accept MISAPPLICATION of Scientology on you and your dynamics. Never take any order to MISAPPLY Scientology to
others, inside & outside the church. MISAPPLICATION = the individual goes down tone CORRECT APPLICATION = the individual goes up tone
It is under your control to practice Scientology correctly.
By only handling others in such a way as to raise their tone level and refusing to handle them in any way that reduces tone level and by using Axiom 11 – AS-ISNESS is the ONLY solution to unwanted conditions – THE SITUATION WOULD BE HANDLED – NO LONGER WOULD WE HAVE A GROUP THAT IS DESTROYING
ITSELF And the only thing left to do to handle the entire
SITUATION – would be to get the enemy agents out of top management and
replace them with real Scientologists who- HAVE A PURPOSE OF MAKING FREE BEINGS
If you fear to practice Scientology correctly
– you are PTS to SP management. Scientologists fear Miscavige and RTC because of eligibility for OT levels. Eligibility for OT levels is the EXTORTION LEVER RTC holds over Scientologists. You need to realize three things - 1. Knocking people down to fear is not Scientology –
its suppression. Their EXTORTION LEVER called eligibility is based on a lie. They have no Upper Bridge to deliver. Even if they did, they will never let you have it, because their purpose is the same as the Global Enslavers – to prevent anyone becoming a Free Being. The Upper Bridge exists outside the church. De-PTS yourself by ceasing to fear RTC. Remove RTC’s EXTORTION LEVER over you by taking the CURVE IN THE ROAD.
