Senior Policy - Deliver what was promised.

Science of Survival:

The auditor is not trying to cure anything. He is simply raising tone.

The task is to make a human being happier…

The whole intent of processing is to raise the individual from lower to higher strata on this scale.

Thus the WHOLE IDEA of Scientology is raising Beings UP the tone scale:

The PURPOSE and PRODUCT of Scientology is – a FREE SPIRITUAL BEING

The METHOD of producing the PRODUCT is – 

Senior Policy is - Deliver what was promised.

This is what was promised every Being in Scientology –

 To move UP the Tone Scale to FREEDOM

Senior policy means just that – it is SENIOR to any other policy.

Any policy that conflicts with SENIOR policy – SENIOR policy wins.

Thus, any policy or action that moves Beings down the tone scale is not to be done.

Intentional misapplication of Scientology that sends Beings down the tone scale is called False Scientology or Reverse Scientology or Black Scientology.

Correct application of Scientology that sends Beings up tone - is called True Scientology.
